Completed another awesome TVB creation! I was so hooked onto it that i must have my daily dose every night.. Hahaha

And my pleasant surprise..

I actually like 林峰! =p I swear i wasn't attracted to him in any TVB shows till this one! Ok I already have feedbacks that I'm too old to be a fangirl liao.. Hahaha!

Another one of my fav! Love her acting all along.. This character suits her so much..!

Now I'm gonna have 使徒行者 and 爆seed withdrawal symptoms.. =(

Pardon me while I live in my dreamland for now..

After watching videos of their 宣传 events, I wish I'm living in HK :(
Krabi [091014 - 121014]

Day 1 - 091014
The resort we stayed in - Ananta Burin Resort is cheap and good~ We only paid around $78 per night for a room.. and it's quite clean and comfortable!

Walked around in search of a place for dinner, and lucky us found this stall - May & Zin Restaurant which sells very nice and cheap thai food! The crab vermicelli only cost sgd$4!! And the stall beside serves the best coconut shake ever~ We were so satisfied with the food and drinks that we went back to patronise again on the 3rd day.. Haha.

Had the pool side massage at the resort after dinner, the most hilarious thing was that we need to remove our tops for the massage just beside the pool -.- No curtain no nothing. Luckily it was quite late and no one was at the pool.. hahaha.

Day 2 - 101014
Cup noodles which only costs sgd$0.50 for breakfast! And it tastes great.. I love every food item in thailand.. Lol~

Went for our Phi Phi Island tour which covers Maya Bay, Viking Cave, Monkey Bay, Pileh Bay, Lohsamah Bay, Phi Phi Don Island and Bamboo Island.

Our first stop - Maya Bay is the most pretty of all~ Nice and clear water.. Too bad it's such a small place and overcrowded..

Viking cave was closed for maintenance -.- We snorkeled at 2 locations~

Lunch on Phi Phi Don Island was so-so.. And after lunch we were sent to Bamboo Island for some sun-tanning.. Really hot sun.. Like desert. Zzz.. We had fun looking at how people dressed and laughing at their wonderful poses.. =X

Went back to resort for a short break and arranged for a private tuk tuk to bring us to the weekend night market! I think the night market is the only place which is crowded in Krabi.. Haha.. The restaurants and PUBs near where we stayed are all so quiet~ There were also few cars and motorcycles on the road.

Day 3 - 111014
Went for our 8km kayaking at Thalane. The whole kayaking experience through the canyon and mangrove forest took about 2.5 hours and it was sooooo tiring! My poor arms.. And we were super burnt after the kayaking too! -.-

Super tired after kayaking, we went back to May and Zin and ordered a whole lot of food to satisfy our hungry tummies!

Did pedicure and had head, shoulder and back massage nearby. The massage was super shiok~

Visited night market again, had the coconut ice-cream with real coconut.. So nice! Coconut overdosed trip.. Hahah

Day 4 - 121014

Home sweet home after the buffet breakfast at the resort.. I still prefer my cup noodles for breakfast.. Lol~

Missing thailand food so much~ Can't wait to go back to thailand again :)

Completed this drama over the last weekend. Awesome cast and plot! I just couldn't stop watching the last 10 episodes! Although TVB seldom fails, it's been some time since I came across a superb drama.. I could totally forget reality watching this.. or has reality managed to find its way into the drama?
Wan Ling's bday celebration [060914]
Tried 'Stalker's Treachery' at Freeing Sg.. Wasn't as impressive as the previous rooms.. Our usual KTV and dinner at Ramen Champion thereafter..

Pin Ting's bday [130914]

Lunch at 'Koh grill & sushi bar'.. Sushi overdose!! -.-

Wenie's bday [140914]

Dinner at Mad for Garlic~ Interesting pizza and pasta.. all inclusive of garlic.. kinda overpriced for the items but I'm a fan of garlic~ Hahaa
Hong Kong [080814 - 120814]

Day 1 - 080814

Royal Plaza Hotel is soooo good except for its location.. We were all impressed by the standard of the hotel but the location is such a turn-off..

There's a Sanrio exhibition at Langham place with super cute displays! Enjoyed HK's night view again although we were all super tired from the midnight flight the night before..

Day 2 - 090814

Breakfast at Australian Dairy Co! Despite visiting hk so many times, I've never ate this before. So very impressed with the breakfast~ Will be back here again!

It was a shopping day at Causeway Bay.. Had lunch at 何共记, I strongly recommend their porridge (instead of the wanton dumpling noodle which is supposed to be Michelin rated)!

Visited Lan Kwai Fong at night, my first time here too. But it seems to be overrated. Hahaa.. Found ourselves a nice pub which has strong aircon upstairs (the weather is really killing us)! And free wifi.. haha!

Day 3 - 100814

Disneyland in this kind of weather is no joke. Totally makes one lose all the mood. Plus all the squeezing from the ATs.. Zzzzz. On a side note, love the new 'ride' at Mystic Manor~

Visited the Peak after that, and the wax museum. At least there's some revamp since the last time i was there.. And there are even cute characters like doremon inside, although I don't understand what has those got to do with the wax museum... lol.

Dinner at this place called 'Hing Kee Restaurant' along Temple Street. Superb food at super affordable prices! Recommended! Especially the oyster egg.. There are 2 large pieces of it and there is oyster in every bite! Only cost sgd$10!

Day 4 - 110814

Visited HK 3D Museum on our last day in hk as we saw the advertisements everywhere~ Think it's just newly open and the crowd was quite manageable cos we went early. My first time visiting such 3D exhibits.. But we felt that it wasn't super impressive as some pics don't look very 3D to us. Lol..

We stayed at the airport for the whole night as our flight is scheduled at 6am.. First time sleeping at the airport.. What an experience.

A very important lesson learnt during this HK trip in August, NEVER VISIT HK AGAIN IN SUMMER. The heat almost killed us.. It's like being placed in an oven every single day.. Sg is so cooling comparatively! I will only visit hk when the weather is cold from now onwards..!!
Europe [140514 - 260514]

Italy

Venice - St Mark's Square, Bridge of Sighs, Glass blowing showroom, Gondola ride

Finally got to visit Venice! I always wanted to visit this place :) Loved the Gondola ride the most, but the most sad thing that happened ON the gondola ride is, my camera died. Grrrr.. What a spoiler on my first day of the trip.. Hence, the rest of the photos after the first day are taken using my iphone 5 cam.. Zzz

Bologna - Giambologna's Neptune Fountain

A pretty small place, with streets selling fruits, vege, bread, meat, seafood, etc. This place is known for their Simoni, but we didn't try.. Haha

Rome - Vatican City, St Peter's Basilica, Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps

A very ancient city, and obviously very not-my-type-of-place! The grand ancient buildings became an eye-sore at the end of the day (yeah, just 1 day is too much for me to take!) Was so happy to leave Rome the next morning.. Lol

Florence - Santa Maria del Fiore Cathedral, Gates of Paradise, Arno River, Michelangelo's "David" Statue

Florence was such a surprise~ This place is beautiful! With a good mix of architecture, shops and food.. I enjoyed the short visit!

Pisa - Leaning Tower

Nothing much in Pisa other than the leaning tower.. Lol.. But the merchandise inspired by the leaning tower are all so cute~

Milan - Milano Gothic Cathedral, La Scala Opera House, Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II

The last stop in Italy, where shopping began! Everyone chiong for Prada.. Haha

Generally, Italy consists of more historical places.. meaning places which is worth visiting for one time. Haha.. Don't think I'll be back for a 2nd visit!

Switzerland

Lucerne - Chapel Bridge, Water Tower, Musegg Wall & Towers, Lion Monument

We were greeted by alps and more alps when we reached Switzerland! It's a clean and nice place with great scenery! And expensive watches.. hahah..

Mount Titlis - One of the greatest surprise this trip! We enjoyed our first Alps so much~ The breathtaking view, the fun of climbing over the snow.. Too bad it wasn't snowing when we were there.. But it was still a great experience! The newly constructed suspension bridge was the highlight.. Lol

Schilthorn, Piz Gloria (Bond 007) - Wasn't so impressed with this Alps compared to Mount Titlis, but have to say dining with THE VIEW is gorgeous. It's a pity we were quite rushed for time, wasn't able to sit there to enjoy the view for very long.. Haha

Interlaken and Bern - Barenpark, Houses of Parliament, River Aare

Just a few photo stops and shopping for more watches.. Switzerland's food is super salty!

Geneva - Chillon Castle, The Broken Chair, The Palace of Nations, Flora Clock

The last of Switzerland! I liked Switzerland more than I thought i would~ I suppose I like the breathtaking view of Alps much better than historical buildings.. Hahaha

France

Paris - River Seine, Louvre's Museum, The Invalids, Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe, Galeries Lafayette

Highlight of Paris is definitely Eiffel Tower~ Am amazed at how someone could design such a nice structure! For my next visit to Paris, definitely must not miss a visit to Disneyland!!! On a side note, it's really dangerous in Paris..

The main loots from Galeries Lafayette and Printemp.. Heehee

I enjoyed my first trip to Europe! Although I feel that Europe is not the perfect place I would like to be (I was tortured by the need to eat bread everyday too!!), it's definitely a place worth visiting at least once in a lifetime.  This trip has also changed my perception of guided tours.. I enjoyed my experience with ASA! Love the "stop-take photo-drive off to the next destination" plans.. This saved so much time and effort for planning! Well, maybe USA next.. =P
Some pictures to catch up on what's happening in the recent months..

 Carousel dinner with colleagues.. Satisfying!

The escape room craze continues! 2 more escapes at Freeing sg (my fav 'brand' now) also didn't disappoint~ Looking forward to their new rooms soon!

Jean's bday lunch at Skinny Pizza and tea after

Tulipmania this year! Love the colourful flowers~
