i lights at Marina Bay [061110]

Didn't know that the exhibits were for the international energy week till we went.. It was a longggg walk to see all the 26 exhibits! (3.5km according to the website but i suspect we walked more than that!) Bcos there was no clear direction of where to go for each exhibit plus the sudden heavy downpour halfway thru our walk.. We missed some of the points -.- Nonetheless, it's the company that matters, with all the screaming in the rain and lightning while stuck in the middle of nowhere.. LOL! And the lights were quite pretty too~ Although we got ourselves wet and tired and dying at the end of the day.. it was still enjoyable!

My personal fav was the garden exhibit.. i like the enlarged plants.. pretty! too bad our digi cams doesn't work well at night :(

The marina bay city gallery is quite cool! Seems like URA kept themselves very busy for this period of time.. lol

JiangXun's bday [311010]

Lunch at Mussel Guys @ Vivo.. I guess the food is considered so-so.. Haha.. The mussels were quite good though!

Went Science Centre (again!) for work purposes.. I must be quite sua ku since it's my first time in Omni-theatre.. Haha! The place looks cool at first.. (but only LOOKS).. bcos after 15 mins thru that short movie, which is 45 mins long, i was feeling damn giddy -.- People who watch any shows inside before should know why.. Oh my.. I think i'm too old for such things.. Hah!

Buffet dinner again after that.. The number of buffets i consume recently is super scary.. Mostly due to work.. It is to an extent that i hope i wouldn't see anymore buffets soon.. haha! I attribute it to the 2 super well-fed days at Resorts World Sentosa last few weeks.. I think they overfed us with 2 teabreaks and 1 lunch everyday.. Argh..

What a lousy humid day for kite flying.. Zzz.. It was seriously damn hot that day! I think we spent most of the time hanging around doing nothing instead of flying kites.. Lol!

KTV + Tiff's Bday Celebration [231010]

Korean BBQ buffet at Ju Shin Jung.. Just nearby teo heng.. Felt that the food is not worth the price since only pork and chicken are available for the bbq.. Beef is not even offered! Need to add on.. The amt of meat that we are able to consume is definitely not worth the price...

A very nice cake for tiff! Very pretty and special~ haha

Watermark Awards Ceremony [300910]

Attended the watermark awards ceremony at Marina Barrage in the evening.. bcos boss got an individual award this year.. Lol

The pictures are quite cui bcos i took them using my phone.. But the scenery was quite pretty with the sg flyer as backdrop!

Colleague's bday on sat and he offered to treat us buffet dinner at cafe swiss @ swissotel on fri.. Din take any pictures of the food i ate bcos i was lazy =x

The buffet consists of asian and swiss food.. Overall i thought the food was quite nice.. But not worth the price bcos the variety is quite little! I think i kinda finish trying everything.. Haha.. The asian one was pretty normal but swiss one is special cos of the different types of cheese available! Lol.. But the cheese fondue tasted kinda weird..

Pulau Semakau [021010]

Went for the NEA-Mediacorp Semakau Run yesterday.. But i din run.. Haha! There was this 1.5km fun walk category =x Wouldn't have gone for the event if not for boss 下的命令.. Oh well, i guess the event turned out fine afterall~ Pulau Semakau is quite a beautiful place.. It's a place for the landfill if you don't already know lol

The top two pics are us on board of the ferry.. Just a short 20 mins ride.. But the ferry was quite nicely decorated and there was drinks served! Bottom two are photos taken during the walk.. The weather was super hot at first! Luckily the sun kinda went off and it was quite windy when we started walking..
