Toy Story 3 was SUPERB!! I think it's the nicest animation out of all that i've watched so far! Although none of the toys are cute except Lotso the huggable purple bear.. who is also the bad guy in the movie.. Haha! The baby was super creepy though -_- *shudders* Well, the storyline and humour still made up for all of it~ Go catch it if you haven! Confirm won't regret one! Highly recommended :)

A-team was not bad too.. Caught this like.. 2 weeks ago? Haha.. At least the storyline was kinda special and the effects are quite cool~

Survived my first week of work..!! So far so good bah.. Other than having to wake up damn early everyday.. I'm quite satisfied with the job till now..

Colleagues are nice pple.. So far.. (don't want to say this too early yet.. Haha) And the company's welfare is really quite good.. 2 teabreaks and 1 lunch everyday + their own recreational centre which consist of gym, pool, psp, darts and even ktv! Went there after lunch with colleagues twice and had fun with the table soccer.. (not sure if it's called table soccer? but that's wad they call it.. lol) But life will be boring after the intern leave next month.. no more entertainment and jokes.. haha..

Weekends are soooo precious now.. Lol..

有些事情，真的不由得我掌控，真的好无奈。

对于掌控不了的事情，也许在不知不觉中，我早已放弃。。宁愿暂时沉醉在偶尔的快乐里。。

现在的我，不知该对未来有什么要求。。

Went to take Singapore Flyer yesterday.. I've never been on it and i'm definitely unwilling to pay $30 just to get up there.. So while the student's offer of $10 is still valid.. We decided to go for it! Lol..

Zoo + Jason's bday celebration [130610]

It is not a wise choice to visit the zoo on a sunday.. Super packed with pple! But we're all busy pple.. no choice =x

Everything went well until it started raining -_- Kind of wasted 45 mins of our time inside.. Luckily the heavy rain did not last long.. but it did drizzle for quite some time.. Nonetheless.. We managed to finish combing the whole zoo~

Dinner at Sakae Sushi.. Haven had that for the longest of time.. The portion is kinda small for the price leh.. I'm not a supporter of Sakae.. haha!

Am back from Taiwan =)

Here's a short summary since it's quite impossible to elaborate on a 12 days trip.. will upload pictures to remind myself of the places we visited when i collect them from all the cameras.. haha!

The Place

We went to quite alot of places in the 12 days.. And that requires alot of packing, travelling, unpacking and the cycle repeats.. Quite a chore i would say.. But no choice if you want to visit many parts of Taiwan..

The order which we travelled..

Gaohsiung -> Kending -> Back to Gaohsiung -> Sun Moon Lake -> Taichung -> Cingjing Farm -> Hualien -> Taipei

According to the taiwanese.. The middle portion is a lousy plan.. Haha!

All the places are quite 'countryside' except taipei.. I think i'm really a very 'city' person.. i cannot stay at countryside areas for long.. I'll go crazy =x After 7 days at those places.. Imagine my happiness when i reached taipei.. Seriously.. I had enough of scenery and more scenery and only scenery! -_- No mrt no buses and lousy toilet facilities.. Zzz..

Sun Moon Lake was the biggest disappointment.. I bet the photos online are all done using photoshop.. The lake no matter which direction see also not pretty nor special.. Luckily we're only there for 1 night! Even tioman's waters win it by 10 times..

Oh but Taroko is an exception! It's such a beautiful place! It's the only place which i really liked~

Nonetheless, i like taipei! It's just shopping heaven for us~ Hehe.. Taipei is just like hk.. Crowded, 热闹 at all times, accessible and nice! Lol~

If i were to visit taiwan again.. I'll only go taipei! Don't think anywhere else is worth visiting a 2nd time for the same scenery.. lol

The Food

Taiwan's food is generally too salty for my liking.. They like to put lots of flavouring in the food! Salt like free one.......... And the stupid jiu chen ta vege is damn smelly.. They like to include it in whatever they cook! *faints* Made me damn paranoid with all the veges there..

Actually the food isn't as nice as i thought they will be.. Quite a disappointment i would say.. Even some of the famous food are just so-so.. Food found in night markets are already much nicer than those stalls outside.. 阿宗麵缐 is super nice!! I'm missing that already..

And their restaurants are like much cheaper than sg's? The spicy hotpot and sirloin steak i had in 2 of the restaurants was less than 10sgd each including service charge! Super worth it! Makes me feel sian that i spent almost an equal amount of money on the lousy food in those small stalls.. If given a choice again.. I'll choose to eat in restaurants more often! Haha!

The People

Taiwan pple are known to be really friendly pple.. And they really are~

Gina and Cw's taiwan friends were nice pple who brought us around and introduced places and food to us! =) We also went ktv with the taiwanese.. It was quite fun as they prepared items to play games with.. So much 心思 placed into it.. Glad that we had a chance to know them~
