Junnan's bday celebration [11.10.09]

We just had a simple dinner at Saycheeze in tampines 1.. So good to be out with frens living in tamp.. so fang bian.. Haha! The cake was meant as a surprise for junnan.. But the waitress act smart and spoiled our surprise.. Grrr.. Junnan said she was still surprised though.. Lol.. The marshmallow chocolate cheesecake was not bad.. But i would prefer a fully cheese one with no chocolate included.. Haha! =p

Recess came and went.. with me spending more hours in school than normal school days.. Zzz..

Lab was unsuccessful at first.. Eventually got better when recess was ending -.- So now our progress was slower than expected............ Oh well.. Looking on the bright side.. Better than nothing done~

The week after recess was equally hectic.. Wasn't able to steal a breather until now! A really short break though.. like 15 mins.. Haha!

2/3 of E&S presentations are done! 1 last one to go........
One last part of IEM project left.........

And not to mention, a great mountain of FYP stuff to be done :( Hates lit review! Arghhhh..

Just had an E&S presentation today.. I think no one will ever have the chance of seeing me doing a skit except for E&S presentations.. Lol! =p

Watching 'Ugly truth' took away some stress.. Hahaa.. Movies are like my only form of entertainment now.. =x


It's week 8.. Just 2 more months to the end of the 1st half of agony~ Although dec won't be a real holiday.. I'm still looking forward to it!

Watched 'The Time Traveler's Wife' last weekend.. I think the story is kinda too slow-paced to me.. i prefer fast-paced movies.. Lol.. It was supposed to be a touching movie.. But somehow it didn't really touched me. Maybe it's the way they filmed it.. Instead of feeling sad and touched, i think alot.. about the time difference and whether it makes sense.. Haha! Somehow until now i still feel that some parts don't really make sense.. I'm a logical person =p There was this guy who was sitting beside me in the cinema.. he dozed off and snored loudly like only 20mins after the start of the movie! LOL!

The whole of mon and tues would be spent in lab.. *prays that nothing will go wrong so that my thurs and fri will not be gone*
IEM and ID meeting on wed..
Need to prepare for E&S presentation next week..
Need to do lit review for fyp..
CE management test next week..

Ww's Bday Celebration

We had Korean food at 'Su' (if i'm not wrong.. can't really rem the restaurant name.. lol).. It's the Korean restaurant at the basement of Far East.. Yup.. Though korean food is always more expensive.. But i thought this was quite good~ 8 of us shared a set meal for 6 and we cannot finish everything! Should have ordered food for 4.. Haha.. But it might be bcos our big eater isn't around that night =x It was really filling.. So filling that i couldn't even finish the fruits they gave for desserts!

Finally met up with them after trying to fix a timing since the start of sch -.- We are really busy pple! Haha.. However, there was only 4 out of the original 6 of us that night due to unforeseen circumstances.. What a pity.. Don't know wad's the next time we can all meet up!


Nonetheless, i satisfied my craving for waraku =p But the don + udon meal i had the prev time was gone! Think they changed their menu a little -.- Now the choices became somewhat different.. As seen from the pics.. 3 of us challenged the don + udon set meal that night! Lol.. and only 1 managed to finish everything.. Not me =p i was soooo full that i couldn't even finish the zhu pa.. Hahaha..

Had a good chat with wanwei that night too.. Really understand how she feels bcos we're both in the same boat.. Jiayou girl! At least now u know you are not alone.. Hope i made u feel better.. and let's pray that things get better in future for the both of us alright!

'The Proposal' is a nice and romantic but cliche movie.. Well, but it still provided some good laugh and relieved some stress.. Haha.. I quite like the movie :)

It's short gatherings like these that makes gloomy weekends less gloomy..

I dislike life as a final year student.. Really.. School is not the same anymore.. But i shall not continue harping on this in all my blog posts.. I hope i wouldn't complain about school here in future.. Haha..
