One week of holidays flew past.. Have been busy shopping for bday present, preparing gifts, playing badminton, sending Gina off, mahjong, and outings~ Finally i can have a good break.. no need to wake up early for 6 days a week.. Lol.. But i realised i can't sleep as much as i used to be able.. Oh no.. is that a sign of aging? Haha!

Met ter, jov and ade for dinner at lerk thai on friday.. Other than catching up with each other's lives after IA.. we did some planning for hk! Now we have an idea of where we will be visiting when they come over to hk for holiday :)

Science Centre + Jason's 22nd Bday Celebration~

That is where we went on sunday! Went to the Da Vinci Exhibition first.. Too bad no photography was allowed in the hall, else we could have taken more photos.. The exhibition is quite interesting.. How can someone have talent in almost everything? Haha..

After the exhibition, we proceeded to science centre.. i seriously have no idea when was my last visit to the science centre.. I totally couldn't rem anything inside although i think most of the things have been there since dunno when.. And some stuffs are not working! Lol..

We actually underestimated the size of the science centre too.. Thought we can finish walking in a while.. But we just finished looking through everything when the science centre was closing! I din know it closes so early at 6pm..

Ta-da~ I like this! Needless to say, the pictures are drawn by the artistic wanling.. Me and wanwei are used to standing at the side and look.. then take lots of photos.. LOL!

The bus and bus-stop is a nice place to take photos! And that's one of the nicest group self-shots we've attempted.. Heh~

KTV @ Cashstudio in Bedok.. Our first time there and the staffs have been really nice.. Although we did give them some trouble that night.. Haha..

I think we did a lousy surprise job again.. And its not really our fault that the cake shop is quite far away.. Lol.. Anyway hoped he liked the present, self-made card and the D24 durian cake that we chose~

Ended KTV at 11+pm and took the last bus home.. Cashstudio is a cheap alternative to Teo Heng on sunday nights! And much more accessible~ I guess we'll stick to this instead of Teo Heng in future? Haha..

I'm loving my holidays! Hehe~

IA offically ended! Its abit unbelievable that i survived 22 weeks in Guan Ho.. And unbelievable that i can finally sleep all i want now after 5months+! Hahaha~

Went sentosa with my colleagues yesterday.. they call it 'cairong's farewell'.. lol.. Had lunch at 'Fig & Olive' in Vivo for the first time and its nice~ It was so filling that most of us couldn't finish our food..

Took some grp pics before Agnes went off.. Yes its the courtesy lion again.. why is it everywhere in sg now? Lol! The sun was so bright that we couldn't even open our eyes!

Then we proceeded to Sentosa.. Well, i visited Underwater World again after just 6 months.. Haha.. But i don't mind cos the stingrays in the touch pond is still as nice~ And this time round, we fed the stingrays! All of them just happily came to our side cos we have food.. Lol..

The highlight of the day is here after Underwater World.. FISH SPA~!! I've been wanting to do this for a long time.. Heh~ The person told us that there are 2 pools.. One with the smaller fishes and the other with the bigger fishes which is more tickish.. Well, so nan de go do liao of cos go for the bigger fishes one la! Haha!

Look at the traumatised Yasi and Madeleine in that two photos.. Haha! Me and Yati were busy laughing at them till we forget how tickish it is! It was only until they calm down abit then i realised that it's really quite ticklish.. Lol

Well, the leg really feel smoother after the fish spa.. I will definitely want to do it again! And many many more times if its not so expensive! lol

Since we still have some time before the Dolphin Lagoon show, we rested awhile at Cafe Del Mar before proceeding..

We were so very tired after that.. So the day ended after the mac dinner at harbourfront~

I still rem my first day in Guan Ho.. I spoke chinese to yati before realising that she's actually not chinese.. (or actually half-chinese.. 看不出 leh! I think she's very pretty!) Feeling sad bcos i was gonna be posted to the nus site and complained to many of my frens.. Feeling lost bcos the burmese guys in the room are talking in a language i don't understand at all..

Well, but i'm glad that everything changed for the better after that.. the burmese guys are actually quite nice after i get to know them, joining yasi and the clique for lunch and outings, doing tenders rather than safety manuals.. And looking forward to lunch everyday cos the vietnam stall is so nice! I'll really MISS the food over there.. =p Yasi said i'll be back to join them for lunch bcos i miss the food and not them.. LOL!

Caught 'Night at the Museum 2'~ It's very nice! As nice as the first one.. I like this kind of movie =)

Am seeing my colleagues for 7 days next week! For my last week of work.. And finally there are site visits again.. like this i won't have to rot in office the whole day =x

My nice and super filling dinner~ No idea why they wanna give don + udon together.. Lol.. Super full la! But it's nice.. I seldom say jap food is nice but i think waraku is a jap restaurant that i wouldn't mind going to =p Managed to finish up the udon but not the rice.. cmi liao.. hahaha!

Cam-whoring as usual.. Took many many photos for the night.. Lol.. Clarke Quay is a nice place to take pictures!

Our lil surprise for wanwei.. But actually its a lousy surprise.. Bcos we failed to squeeze the cake and macarons into the small BK plastic bag which we wanted to.. -.- so she actually noticed the plastic bag before dinner liao.. haha..
Nonetheless hope she likes the cake and macarons! The macarons were a disappointment to me though.. They don't taste as nice as they look..
And another mistake we made.. We forgot to take candles when we bought the cake! i think we're all too tired.. cannot believe what the 3 of us are doing.. Lol.. And then Mr. blur decides to sneak downstairs to get candles but i missed his hint and sms as the phone is in my bag.. So here's our joke of the day.. he came back and produced 2 candles........ which we dunno represents 20 or 2 years old.. But it definitely doesn't represent 22! He must be really tired.. HAHAHA! we had a good laugh over it for at least 5 mins!

IA logbook and report cleared!! Yay.. So happy.. Now i can slack for the remaining two weeks in peace! =D

Attended big boss's son's wedding last sunday with my colleagues~ 有钱人就是有钱人.. Shangri-La is class~ Haha.. And the bride's gowns are sooooooooo special and nice~ 羡慕啦! The dinner is nice too.. Esp the shark fins with shredded abalone and the mango pudding~ Heh..

All of us reached quite early.. Maybe no one dares to be late =x In the end we end up enjoying our own cam-whoring while waiting.. Haha~ Just nice for me to take some nice pics with them for 纪念 as IA is ending really really soon..

Me and Doreen.. The outgoing indonesian girl.. Never fails to amuse pple with what she says.. Haha~

Me and Yasi.. The one with alot of similarities as me! She was in choir.. also from NTU, stayed in hall 13 and is now staying a few blocks away from me~ We even have a pair of the same earrings.. Amazing.. Lol!

The thing i admire her most is.. She's a structural engineer and she loves her job at site.. Who says girls are not suitable for civil jobs?! Lol.. I hope i will find a job which i love as much in future too.. :)

Cw's 22nd Bday Celebration

Dinner at Epicurious.. After we girls went for cheap ktv at Teo Heng.. Lol.. Personally i feel that the food is not worth the price.. Although they have a bit more special dishes.. Haha.. But then again, so little varieties! So not worth it =x

Coffee club after that.. Fq is totally not full after the meal.. Lol!

I hope everything will go as we planned and we'll be in Japan together next year for our graduation trip =D I'm still excited by the thoughts of it~ But it's like still one year away.. Lol..

And this also means.. I'll need to save and scrimp for 1 more year.. after my HK trip.. Haha!
