Went Mr.Low's house to bai nian last sat.. His house never fails to provide entertainment for all! It's really cool to have a room just like any ktv outside.. But i'll never spend such amount of money on such things.. Haha!

Thurs was company cny dinner.. An important occasion for the company i guess.. It was quite a grand event with us occupying 19 tables at Fei Cui Palace Restaurant in Ngee Ann City.. It should cost quite an amt though i din feel the dinner was that fabulous.. Haha~ Maybe it's bcos the 9-courses are quite cny.. not like those wedding kind of dishes.. If u know wad i mean.. Heh..

But well, that isn't the main point.. the main point is.. I think i nearly got drunk that night -.- And the feeling is scary.. I dun want to have that feeling ever again! Haha.. My table was one of the most happening one around bcos the guys all came over to challenge doreen who is a good drinker! And after a few glasses they got high liao.. Made the whole table bottoms up for quite a few rounds -.- No choice but to drink.. Lol.. Salutes to doreen for drinking/gulping that 10 glasses of red wine that night and was still sober!

We had a funny conversation also lo..

Me: Eh.. i think i'm going to be drunk leh..
Doreen: Aiya.. If u say u are drunk.. means u are not drunk yet!
Me: -.-!

After she drank a few more glasses..

Doreen: Eh.. i think i cannot liao leh..
Me: Haha! Let's go home..

After we reached the taxi stand..

Doreen: Aiya.. I'm not drunk yet la..

So i told Yasi.. She's confirmed drunk liao.. LOL~

Bahh.. Drinking is a way of socialising i suppose.. 不熟都可以喝到熟!

End of week 5.. And nearing the end of cny.. So fast! The gang's having our cny steamboat tml.. :)

Happy Chinese New Year to all~!

I had a great cny this year :) Maybe it's bcoz this year, there's no need to worry about quizzes which normally occur right after cny and never-ending tutorials to complete.. I really had a slack and carefree few days this time round! Really glad for this short break..

The usual visitings, the cute doggy, and a lil gambling =p.. Watched 2 movies this cny too.. That's the thing to do when u can find nothing better to do =x

Caught 'Inkheart' on sunday.. It's not bad.. But the ending is rather stupid.. After u watch the ending then u will think that there's no need for all the things to occur actually.. Lol!

The second one is '大喜事'.. Well, it's nicer than i expected.. Maybe i'm biased bcos of fann and hei ren in the show =x But it didn't disappoint me la.. I find it rather sweet.. And i dun believe jack neo's movie will be nicer than this! I've no interest and confidence in his movies at all.. Haha~

My last weekend

Went vivo to have Kim Gary with Ade, Ter and Jov last fri.. Food was quite good i think.. Better than some HK cafes.. Haha.. Did some catching up about our IA.. Looks like everyone experienced a really different life.. Haha~

Met up with wei, ling and diana on sat night~ It's been like 9 years since we had a good chat with diana! But it feels like nothing has changed our topics all these years.. :) Glad we did quite abit of catching up and ba gua-ing.. Heh! =x And bcos of this.. we started this facebook group for our pri sch classmates.. And everyone seems to be catching up on each other's lives~ The wonders of facebook!


Caught 'Red Cliff 2' on sunday.. It was not bad i guess.. I feel that it's better than the first.. At least there's no time wasted on any intro anymore.. Lol~

Been listening to FM933 everyday in office.. Feels like the old CPG days.. Haha..

Work has been boring but life gets better when i'm more shou with the pple there.. Most are actually quite nice pple~ At least those i'll be communicating with =x

Just a quick update..

IA started for a week already.. And it's killing me.. Haha.. It's not the job actually.. It's quite slack till now.. But i just feel really tired everyday even when i have like 7 hours of slp everyday? Zz..

Lots of things happened in my first 5.5 days of work.. I was nearly posted to the nus site.. But in the end they decided to let me stay in kembangan for the time being.. And visit the site when there are special events going on.. Well, i guess it's the best arrangement for now.. I do feel like learning at the site.. but nus is damn farrrr! It will increase my travelling time by 3 times.. *sigh*

This is week 1.. 21 more weeks to go.........................................

Something funny to share.. My company is actually family business.. hence there are quite a number of family members working in the company.. They happened to have the same surname as me! And my colleague told me that many pple suspected that i was actually part of their family when i first went in.. Hahaha..

My 22nd Birthday

Yes yes.. As usual, i'm the first one to turn older this new year.. Haha~ And thanks to the useless IA talk.. I woke up at 7.30am on my birthday to go to NTU for the talk in the morning -.-! After the talk, we went JP to have New York New York.. It's the first time i ate there sia.. But I think the food is just so-so.. Haha~

Went to watch "大搜查之女" after that.. I thought the movie was ok.. But they think it was bad.. Someone even fell asleep in the cinema =x Haha! But i have to say that the movie has no climax at all and there were simply too many weird names.. I was trying hard to figure out who is who.. Lol~

Went to meet the gang after the movie.. Had Marche~ I like! Heh.. Haven had it for a long time and i kinda missed the crepes and such.. Too bad there's no more pizza now..

The food we had.. Still looks good to me now.. Haha!

They made me wear that thing on my head.. Lol~ And that's the box they took out and pushed it right in front of me and asked me to open it.. Looks like some jack in the box.. I was really scared something will jump out of the box sia.. Haha! I did suspect it was a cake.. But the design and shape of the box made me wonder whether there's something scary inside.. *Nowadays we alot of pattern ah =p* Luckily wb saved me by saying that the brand at the side of the box shows that it's a cake! Hahaha~

Yup~ That's the lovely cake they got for me! It's from Canele and it's special.. Tastes like those cupcakes instead of the normal cakes.. Haha.. ( I had two special and nice cakes this year! =D )

It was still quite early when we finished dinner and cake.. So we decided to go to Timbre for some drinks.. But we reached there and realised that there are alot of pple cos it was a friday night..

So we just anyhow choose another one to enter.. Lol~ In the end we ended up at Jazz..

Played some lame games with our drinks ( not gonna reveal in case others wanna copy those games to play with me next time.. not very good =p ) and had fun entertaining ourselves.. Haha~ But Jazz music is not our type.. It's sleep-inducing sia.. Lol!

Tml is my first day of IA.. And it's gonna be for a long 6 months.. I never did any temp jobs for more than 4 months before.. And i'm really quite nervous about tml.. I hope it's gonna be a good one.. Bcos i have no other choices but to survive with it for the next 6 months.. *pray*
