A miracle happened..

Off to Taiwan to enjoy my last 12 days of holidays before it's back to the dreadful reality..

I have to try harder to find a job..

Lunch at Shokudo.. Then off to Peranakan Museum.. I think sg is pathetic.. we have to resort to visiting museum already.. Next few years i cannot imagine where we will be visiting.. Haha! But anyway.. It's just the right time to visit the museum as it was free entry after 3pm that day!

All in all, it was not bad.. Quite alot of things to see.. But somehow their culture is quite similar to the chinese culture actually.. Hmm..


Then it was dinner and ktv at teo heng again.. lol.. somehow the different flavours of the Famous Amos brownies taste the same to me.. Maybe cos i'm not a fan of chocolate.. Haha..

Tioman~! -- 17 to 19 May 2010

Day 1

Such a long bus and ferry journey to tioman.. And that's the view from outside our room~ The place is nice and our room is quite cosy! Not bad..

Slacking around while thinking of what to do.. Haha! Basically there's nothing much to do in tioman.. Most of the time we entertained ourselves! Lol~

Explored the place a little and took lots of pictures..

But one very nice thing about tioman.. the waters are so clear that u can see the fishes by looking down from the pier!

Happily spent the rest of the evening doodling at the beach.. Such a nice weather on the first day.. It was drizzling on and off with no sun at all.. I love this kind of weather! Why can't it remain like that for all 3 days!!

Buffet dinner at night.. Most of our meals are provided for and they are actually quite good~ (except for the fried rice we bought for lunch -.- wrong choice!)

Went to check out the Beach Bar at night.. And the beers are like so cheap that we ended up drinking for 3 days.. haha! The uncle at the Beach Bar can recognise us after we went there on the first day.. must be thinking why got 3 酒鬼 around.. lol!

Day 2

Woke up early for snorkelling after our buffet breakfast! Spent 1 hour snorkelling at each of the 2 places.. It was a great experience! I definitely wanna snorkel again! The sea and fishes are soooo pretty~ And there's quite alot of fishes around.. hahaa.. But i'm paiseh to have caused the 2 of them to struggle together with me cos i couldn't keep my balance in water at first.. Lol!

No pictures of us snorkelling here cos they are in the lousy film camera we bought in tioman.. Heard the pics came out to be quite cui.. =x

Lunch after that.. and we decided to keep ourselves busy with jungle trekking for the next 2 hours..

Saw rubber trees.. small unripe durians.. some insects.. and even stray cows! Haha! Such a tiring but fun day~

Did not go into the waters again bcos it was seriously too hot.. Stupid sun! Only wanling went in while we entertained ourselves at the beach again..

More doodling on the beach.. Photos of the sand makes up a significant percentage of our photos! haha!

The sky in the evening is so beautiful~ So are the countless stars at night! Too bad we're not able to capture that on camera..

Supper again at night.. We just keep eating! =p Had the famous malaysia otah (my fav!) and BBQ prawns~

Day 3

Nua-ing in our room for the whole morning after breakfast and preparing to leave..

Although there's really nothing much to do in tioman.. and it made me really dark and burnt =.= It was still a great relaxing trip!! I enjoyed every single moment of it :) Will definitely wanna try snorkelling again next time in another place~

Thank you friends for making this trip memorable.. Hope you all enjoyed yourselves as much as i did! Lets go somewhere else together when we have the chance! =D

Mahjong luck was quite good for the night.. Lol.. Then it was chit-chat session after midnight with 9Cs all the way till the next morning.. I'm glad to have found this group of frens in year4 due to projects.. They must be my funniest group of friends ever! With them around, there's always laughter! =)

There's some stuff to blog about, some things to update..

Post exam period is the best time to enjoy thoroughly!

But the schedule is currently too hectic.. no time to update now.. Haha! =p

Hehe.. It actually went better than i expected it to be.. after hearing many stories about moderators bombarding scary qns..

Firstly, i wasn't as nervous as i was in prof comm presentation.. i really wonder why.. Practice makes perfect maybe.. hahah.. Although i was still nervous to a certain extent =x Fumbled a little but i guess it was still ok.. i din really forget anything that i wanted to say..

And the moderator was quite nice i guess.. Just a few qns.. Hope everything is fine!

Now i've unofficially graduated!

Holidays here i come! =D

i'm desperately trying to rem what i need to say for the 20mins presentation..

this . is . bad . . . . .

I really^100 hate presentations..

I take back my word that i'll rather swop 2 exams for 1 presentation.. Now i'd rather swop 4 exams for that presentation -.-

Ahhhhhhhhhhh.. I need not only a bigger brain capacity but one with much faster processor speed..

I can only think of 1 word to describe 'Iron Man 2' - LOUSY!!! OMG.. Why is everyone anticipating such a lousy movie?!?! Ridiculous.. I was trying damn hard to keep myself awake in the cinema even though it's not really my sleeping hours yet.. I wouldn't want to watch such a movie even if i'm dying to watch a movie and have nothing better to watch -.- Waste time, waste money!!

Caught 'The Bounty Hunter' last sat.. The cinemas were flooded with the never-ending queue for the whole weekend! It's damn scary when u see this situation even in century square.. Haha.. And the reason for catching that movie is bcos Iron Man 2 is hopelessly full for every single timeslot -.- And guess wad? There's only 6 pple in the whole theatre! So much for the ultimate long queue.. all for iron man and ip man only.. lol.. But i think the movie is not bad afterall! It's quite poor thing to be showing at this period with that two movies.. hahaa
