For the 2nd time this month.. i went minds cafe again.. Lol.. nonetheless it was a great day spent~

It's the last day of 2009.. Thinking back, nothing big happened in this peaceful year.. The most wonderful thing that happened to me this year is the 6 weeks long Hong Kong global summer studies trip.. That's like a dream come true :)

May 2010 be a better year!!

Prefer to keep my new year resolutions to myself this time round..

Results out~

Happy that our hard work for projects paid off! =D My grp got 'A' for our Integrated Design~!! Woohoo~ It was definitely a tough sem for all of us.. But i'm glad my grp members all did well :)) And as weihong said, it made the late nights we stayed up to chiong things out worth it.. Heh..

I did well this sem too.. my best results out of all sems.. And it was quite unexpected.. I see first-class waving at me.. Haha! But.. to pull up that cgpa of less than 0.1.. I might need to get gpa 5.0 next sem to obtain it.. And i'm not sure if gpa 5.0 is enough to help with that little number of AUs left to clear.. Aiya shun qi zi ran bahh~

Watched Avatar on monday.. It was quite nice~ I was feeling a little giddy at the beginning with all the flying though.. yea i'm quite lousy since i did not even watch the 3D one.. Lol! But overall i think the storyline is a unique one! A movie worth watching..

I think the Guy Laroche wallet which i eyed on is GONE! Out of stock everywhere and they said that there will be no new stocks coming cos that design is supposed to be for christmas only :( Sigh.. I braved the crowd to orchard earlier today, just to check out the wallet cos it seems that the colour i want is out of stock everywhere.. Regretted not buying it the first time i saw it.. Which is only last sat! Argh.... Just a few days and it's completely sold out.. There are still other colours available.. But i decided that i only want the pink and black one! Now i gotta start searching for a new wallet again........

Worked with wanwei to sell textbooks for sec1s yesterday at damai sec.. Looking at the canteen stalls and benches made me feel so nostalgic.. Haha.. It was quite fun selling the books actually.. But bcos i was constantly talking for 2.5 hours.. I lost my voice again after that! Omg.. everytime my throat seems to get better.. Something will crop up to make it worse.. Haha.. Now my voice is very man -.-!

On a happier tone, it's christmas eve.. No activities on christmas eve this year.. Annual christmas gathering and gift exchange at gina's house tml~

Ichiban sushi dinner [171209]

Frank's belated bday treat from us.. Food was so-so i guess.. Accidentally ate some sushi with wasabi without knowing -.- i still dislike the taste and smell of it! Lol..

We shopped around after that, and took photos with all the christmas tree we saw.. With the DSLR around.. the digicams all had a rest.. Haha!

I think this is one of the few times which i took pictures with christmas trees.. Don't have the habit of shopping in orchard during christmas.. Lol~ But the christmas tree which we can walk into is quite cool! Shown by the last two pics above :)

Had a great dinner at Sizzler.. The price is steeper than normal restaurants but there's no doubt about the quality of the food.. I like the salad bar! heh.. And so paiseh that the bday boy sponsored our meals instead of us sponsoring his..

Minds Cafe with Uni mates [061209]

3 hours of Minds Cafe.. Seems like abit short this time round.. The current offer is not as good as the previous one.. Had a good time laughing over all the games =) Big taboo is more interesting than the normal one.. I don't quite like taboo but this was quite enjoyable.. more variety thus more interesting i suppose.. although i'll hope not to get the pictionary one.. my drawing sucks.. Lol..


Ate at Waraku after that, then chit-chat at Coffee Club.. Enjoyable day out with my ID mates! :)

Subject registration over.. Gotten the major PEs i chose! Hope i made the right choices.. I wanna enjoy what i study for my last semester in NTU! And oh.. It's a 4-day week next sem with 3 exams only~ Heh.. I hope it's a relaxed sem with NO projects! Except prof comm.. *prays*

Busy week ahead.. More updates when i get more photos.. Haha..

Was browsing through my HK photos again.. Realised that i really took alot of photos.. seems like cannot ever finish browsing.. Haha!

Always loved the bustling streets of HK with the messy signboards.. No idea why but i just like the fast-paced and energetic city..

Suddenly miss the life spent in HK so much..........

Watched 2012.. It's nice! Quite exciting and the destructions are so 壮观~ Sounds sadistic huh? Lol~ Din realise the movie was actually more than 2.5hours until i stepped out of the cinema.. Haha..

Had a very shuang 4 days break after exams.. 但是自由自在的日子很快就过去了..

Started lab on tues.. Spent 3 full days in lab already.. One word to describe that: shagged! Omg.. Not that i dread lab work or wad.. But working on something which we do not know if it will work out and whether we'll get the correct results.. There's always this fear of working so hard for nothing again -.-

Preparing that 25 litres of synthetic water made us really tired physically.. Shall not elaborate on it cos i don't know how to explain also.. Haha! Unforgettable experience..... =x

There goes one week of holidays already..
