Went KTV (again!) with my uni mates yesterday~ 5 of us survived 7 hours of ktv at topone.. Lol~ Sang quite a number of high songs including 爱不怕! I've never thought of challenging that song before.. Hahaha~

Today's 31st dec already.. It's 1 hour more to 2009~ 2008 has been a better year than 2007 for me.. I guessed too many things happened in 2007.. I'd rather have a simple year =p

I din feel like going for countdown this year at all.. No reason why but just have no mood.. Haha.. I'd rather spend some quiet time at home =x

May 2009 be an even better year for everyone!

Underwater World + KTV + My 22nd bday surprise!

What a long title =p

I had a great time.. =) So i'm going to blog in detail about wad happened in the 12 hours we spent together yesterday!

Met wanwei under her block in the morning.. She was carrying a big board which was wrapped.. I did suspect that board at first.. Lol.. But before i could ask her what's that thing.. She offered to tell me wad's inside and said that she gotta pass that to her fren in the evening.. So i thought the story was true.. (*to be continued.. Haha!)
Then we went to meet wanling at the mrt station.. That girl was carrying a big bag which looked quite full.. Den i rem asking her wad's inside why so many things.. She gave me some story that her mum asked her to bring extra clothes to sentosa.. Lol! For this.. I din suspect anything.. (too innocent.. Lol! =x)

Then we went vivo for lunch.. Jason nearly spoiled their plans by being late for almost an hour.. Lol~ But i din know anything about that in the morning.. Had BK, then we took the train into sentosa and ended up looking like tourists carrying the map of sentosa and not knowing how to get to underwater world =X Yes i'm one of the sua ku ones who has never been to the underwater world before.. Bleah.. After that we took some blue line in i think..

Bought tickets at the underwater world and realised that we're near the dolphin lagoon performance time already.. And dolphin lagoon is not beside underwater world -.- In fact it's quite far la.. So we took another shuttle bus to dolphin lagoon.. Caught their half an hour show and took another bus back to underwater world.. Lol.. We really wasted alot of time on their shuttle that day.. I think we took like 5 bus trips in total? But we got on a cool bus on our way back to underwater world.. The upper deck was open space~ So we end up like excited small kids and started taking alot of self shots.. Lol..

Finally back to underwater world.. I think it's around 4pm already..

And yes.. This is our fav! Muahaha.. The touch pond with big stingrays! So nice to touch.. Heh..

For those who don't already know.. I quite like sharks~ Haha.. I think they look pretty as long as they are not consuming someone.. =p

Well, we thought we should take a photo with the big merlion since we pass by it quite a number of times that day.. Haha!

After the pic with the merlion.. We left sentosa.. It was already 6pm at that time and we were exhausted.. Decided that it must be the stingray's fault.. Cos we kept bending to touch them.. Lol! *能赖就赖* Actually we booked ktv at 7pm already.. and planned to have an early dinner at marine parade then go over.. But it was getting too late so they have no choice but to change their original plans.. Haha~ We decided that all of us should get to ktv first and two person can get to marine parade to buy food back..

Went Teo Heng ktv bcos we have no other choices.. I din know ktv on sunday is really very ex everywhere.. Haha~ Since wanwei is the only one who knows the way.. she brought ling out to buy dinner and drinks from watsons in the end.. (I din know she has no intention of bringing me out at all! lol..) When they got back.. I still din suspect anything but they were scared that i'll ask them why the watson's plastic bag so big when it should only contain a few bottles of mineral water.. Lol.. I saw the plastic bag but i din realise the cake is inside!

I went toilet sometime after and got a shock when i got back.. As jason was blocking my view at the door i din realised they lighted up the cake until i walk right into the room.. Heh~ It was definitely a pleasant surprise! :)

Anyway the cake was from swissbake.. Very nice cheesy cake with chocolate base and toppings! It's really heavenly =)

Then wanwei produced the board i saw since that morning and said it was for me.. Haha! Well done lar~ I din know she can bluff pple so well de.. I think she never did that before =p I've forgotten about the board for quite sometime liao.. i rem wanting to ask her why she hasn't pass her fren the board in the ktv room but someone distracted me and i forgot to ask.. 注定的! =x

After awhile, wanwei suddenly produced another present.. Haha~ The moment i touched it.. I said "this one must be an organiser liao".. I think jason was more shocked than me this time round.. Lol! He asked how did i know that.. =x That organiser is very nice! Green in colour.. Heh~

Then i really really thought it's the end of all the surprises liao.. But after ling finish singing her song.. She got another present out from her bag! OMG.. That's the 4th surprise that night :)) And that's the reason for her filled bag that day! Haha.. It's a jewellery box~ A really thoughtful gift i think.. It's something which is useful yet i din thought of asking anyone to get that for me..

Yeah.. so that's my long, tired but happy day =D

I'm really touched and happy to have frens like u all~ Thanks for the surprises, the gifts and spending a whole day with me.. I love them all!

Christmas Party 2008!

It all started with us being too bored at fq's bday party.. And they got some weird idea of having a theme during our christmas party.. Haha~ To cut the story short.. After long hours of deciding wad to do.. We ended up with the conclusion that everyone must dress as someone/something starting with the letter 'M'.. I'll let the pictures do the rest of the talking =p Just a warning.. Don't get a shock when u look at the photos =X

Haha! Those were our characters for the night! The mechanic was created on the spot.. And the male stripper was actually meant to be something else.. But we decided to change him.. Lol! Well, we thought that suited him more =X

It was hard to eat dressing in that way.. Lol..

Cam-whoring the whole night bcos we won't dress like this any day.. Haha..

Finally caught 'Bolt' a few days ago.. Watched the 3D one.. I like the movie~ Din really expect the story to be like this cos i dunno wad it's all about before stepping into the cinema.. But it's better than wad i expected~ However i think the 3D one is not very worth it cos it's not very 3D la.. Haha.. My idea of 3D is that it must be having the image right in front of me or flying towards me de.. Lol.. But the whole movie doesn't really have that..

Had bbq & christmas gift exchange with my uni mates yesterday~ The bbq food is always good with the super hot sotongs and stingray and otahs around.. Lol~

Fq's 21st Bday

At Costasands Pasir Ris again.. Haha~ We spent the whole night planning our christmas party, playing poker and mahjong-ing as usual :) Left only at 10am the next morning.. All thanks to the rain which started when the sun came out.. Haha..
This should be the last 21st party that i'm attending this year.. Kinda sad bcos i think attending 21st parties is quite a good way to keep in contact with some pple you may hardly see sometimes.. Lol..

Just packed some of my stuff.. 把该丢的都丢了, 把该收好的好好地收起来了.. Haha~ Read through many autographs that my classmates left for me last time.. I can't believe that i actually forgot who wrote them at the first glance for some of them! Until i 研究 all over again.. Lol~ Humans always complain that time flies.. But some of the stuff i've collected over the years seems so long ago le.. The memories seemed longer than just a few years to me.. 时间到底是太快还是太慢..?

We had a huge room to ourselves~ Maybe i din visit kbox for too long.. Has been going to partyworld instead.. Lol.. But their nuggets are not bad eh.. K-student is quite worth it.. hmm..

Mon - Went ktv with ling.. We had a great time choosing some songs which we normally don't sing.. Lol~ my throat feels weird after that though.. think sing too much.. haha!

IA allocation result came out on the same day.. Well, i was in shocked for 2 secs when i first saw the results.. Bcos I was thinking which choice did i put that company as sia.. It was my 6th choice -.- Wonderful computer allocation eh.. yeah so i'm posted to Guan Ho Construction Pte Ltd and that's where i have to stay for the next 6 months..
The bad news: Well, it's a civil company la.. i wanted to enter a more env company to find out whether i'll really like env jobs.. But i'm posted to this construction company -.- But ok la.. thanks goodness i'm not really against civil.. Haha!
The good news: It's at Changi.. Near Kembangan Mrt station.. So it isn't that far for me.. Maybe it's 不幸中的大幸 too.. Cos as i said, it was my 6th choice on the list.. My 7th and 8th choices are actually companies in Jurong.. If i get my 7th choice.. Den it's travelling to and fro jurong everyday! Imagine that sia.. Haha.. So now i'm thinking on the bright side.. I just hope that company will be good in the end!

Tues - Badminton with wanwei.. Due to a lack of exercise for a few months.. We felt like dying after playing for a while.. Haha! Weak sia.. Nvm we'll train and get better =x I was aching all over the day after.. Lol..

Watched Madagascar 2 at night.. Well, it wasn't as nice as expected i guess.. But i think it's still nicer than the first one.. I think they should make the story longer la.. One and a half hours is damn short! It was over before i knew it.. Haha~

Wed - Shopping with pt.. Lol~ Actually the main aim is to get my vouchers la.. Now that i got them.. Maybe i should buy something with them =p I'm still deciding wad to get.. Heh~

Today - Sentosa with my env course mates.. I was still aching this morning! Lol.. But i had a great time today! The vball nets were all taken off.. For the countdown i guess? Haha but that doesn't affect me *幸灾乐祸* =p No nice vball for them so we played captain's ball! Yay~ My fav.. muahaha~ And today's turnout made captain's ball sooo nice and fun! i think we had 25 pple in total? Lost count.. lol~ So each team has sufficient pple in the court to have a good game! It's been long since i saw so many pple in one team to play captain's ball.. lol~ And dear teresa made my game even better by trying to 'cat-fight' me twice.. making the rest of them stunned! Hahaha!
But it rained after 2 hours+? Zzz.. And the rain continued for hours.. Made us have to self-entertain with some games under the tent.. And there's this game which make us stand and squart again and again.. So tiring sia! My knees cannot take it at the end liao.. lol..
Had dinner at Kopitiam cos we dun think there's any restaurants which can take the 20+ of us.. Lol~ Then proceed to have coffee and sat down to have some rest.. haha.. reached home not long ago and felt that my knees are really gonna break soon.. Haha!

Oh and i finish watching "当狗爱上猫" last night.. Had alot of 感触 after watching it.. Wanted to blog them down last night but decided to sleep instead bcos it was getting late and there was sentosa early this morning.. hmm.. Something that sets me thinking again.. 如果你知道一段感情到了最后不会有结果.. 你会选择还和自己在乎的人在一起，留下一段美好的回忆，同时留下一段也许永远都会存在的伤痛? 还是选择减轻彼此的痛苦, 宁愿只默默地在身边守护他? 我曾经以为我对这个问题有了答案，可是现在我不知道.. 不清楚了.. Well, i cried buckets over the show.. Haha~ Not totally bcos it's gallen in the show! *ok partly i admit.. =x* But the show is really really touching.. Although the last 5 episodes were like abit off lar.. So disappointed with the script writer.. It was super nice in the first 15 episodes.. After that dunno what happened it just went abit off.. lol~ But overall i still love this drama!

Today's thurs already.. It's been one whole week after exams ended.. i feel that Dec is flying past.. Time.. Pls slow down.......!

The days now are so carefree! Haha~

It's only been 4 full days of holidays but it felt quite long already~ But i'm getting less sleep than i did during exam period! The eyebags are getting worst.. Lol~ And i just realised 1 month of holidays is really short.. It never felt so short before! I've got tons of things to do and tons of pple to meet this holiday.. Heh~

Went shopping with gina, wenie and jean on friday.. we started shopping from city hall then to orchard.. My legs felt like they are breaking at the end of the day.. Haha! Too long never shop liao.. Had fei cui la mian xiao long bao for lunch and thai express for dinner.. felt that we keep eating loh.. But that's not the end of the day! We took a bus to siglap to eat haagen daz still! Jean's great idea lo.. so we ate 60 bucks worth of haagen daz ice-cream but paid 1/3 the amt only.. =p Thanks to jean's cousin!

Sat morning we had mj! Lol~ So long nv play le.. At night i attended a wedding dinner with my family.. I haven been to one for sooo long! It was held in Marina Mandarin.. And the food is good~ The mango sago with ice-cream as dessert was heavenly~ *omg it's ice-cream again.. i dunno how mani scoops of ice-cream i had in two days.. shakes head* So i promised myself i'll eat lesser these few days! Lol..
Something funny/weird happened during the dinner.. The MC said.. "As the modern and young group, we'll say 'cheers' instead of 'yum seng'!" -.- i was thinking what's the link leh! Where got wedding never yum seng one.. So weird! And dun have the mood.. Haha.. Hmmz..

Went IT fair this morning and my family got ourselves a new camera! I've been wanting to get one for a long time already.. Ever since i got fed-up with the lousy nikon one.. I'll never trust nikon's digital cameras again! Yay~ now i can bring my camera out to take photos le~ =x
